Customer Reviews

Here are a selection of reviews for our training courses.

  • Course content is on point. A useful handbook with practical implementation. The course follow-up is a bonus. Would perhaps like time to focus on own work specific examples more. The trainer took a measured, engaging approach. Pace was just right and he did not make you feel negatively about performance at work, or being right or wrong. Perfect use of humour and measured examples.

  • The course will definitely help me to be a better trainer. I have received a lot of important information and techniques which I can use during training. The Trainer was very nice, good speaker, not boring and spoke very clearly.

  • Very constructive and thorough. Broke down many aspects of human and office culture. This training course makes you think and approach situations differently. The presentation was very clear and helpful. Great use of personal examples and experiences to help relate to topics in the course. Breaks down each topic very well and a good listener as sell as giving back advice.

  • The course content was excellent. I learnt a lot of new skills to help me become more organised and better in my job. The trainer's presentation was very good. Enjoyed both days from start to finish.

  • The course was very informative and interesting and I learnt a lot on how to put things across in a leaner, more constructive way to keep the colleague interested in my training methods. Chris the trainer was very good at getting points across on how to make training methods easier and more understandable, for both me and the person I will be training in the future. Online virtual live delivery: I've never done anything like this before and was surprised at how organized and well it went and know it will probably be the future in how courses are delivered.

  • The course content was very relevant, helpful, full of information, good tips and techniques. Found the course very inspiring, full of food for thought that I will definitely use at work and in life. The trainer's presentation was fantastic, very inspiring, enthusiastic, encouraging and positive. The best course I have ever attended! Thank you.
